Founder
I’m Matt Mozer, the founder of Multiplier Sales Coaching. I have over 30 years of sales and sales management experience selling a broad range of products and services including in SaaS, EdTech, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and more. I started out selling to small and medium businesses but quickly transitioned to selling to large enterprises. I have sold hundreds of millions in contract value over my career to many of the worlds largest and most respected companies.
My goal with Multiplier is to help sales professionals willing to invest in their careers to employ the Multiplier Effect to reach their potential, maximize their income, and achieve career fulfillment, financial independence, and become the person they want to be.
My Coaching Philosophy
Career success begins with mindset. I’d love to tell you I can teach you a sales ‘system’ but I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Each person is unique. Each industry is unique. Each product/service unique. My strength is being able to distill down the attributes of each of these to provide customized 1:1 coaching tailored to your specific situation. At the same time I can provide actionable steps to take to keep you on track and to utilize all of the tools at your disposal in order to succeed.

Coaching Packages
Perfect if you’re not sure that coaching will work for you but you want to test drive my approach to see if I can help your situation. This is different from the free 30 minute consultation where we are simply getting to know one another. In this session you’ll get real advice on actual challenges you’re facing.
Perfect for those looking to get a feel for what sales coaching is all about or who simply need a reboot. This package consists of four 1 hour weekly sessions where we’ll take what was uncovered in the 30 minute discovery call and put together actionable steps you can take to begin down the path to sales excellence and financial freedom.
For those who want to see how coaching can impact their next quarter. This package is for one full quarter of coaching. We will meet once every 2 weeks for 1 hour throughout the quarter to discuss progress, challenges, and ways to ensure you stay on track to meeting your goals.
For those who are serious about achieving sales excellence and breaking through to maximize income and performance. A great choice for those who want to continue to build on the 1 month or 1 quarter packages. We will meet bi-weekly for 1 hour for an entire year (24 sessions). If you are committed to crushing your numbers and becoming a top seller within your company then this is the package for you.
